David's presentation focused on smallcap corporate governance issues and the forthcoming NEDucation 2010.
"Following the financial crisis, I expect the role of non-executive directors with listed companies will come under greater scrutiny. My research on non-executives in the FTSE350 has uncovered some disturbing results. Change is coming to this area of corporate governance and if it is not driven by regulation, shareholders will have to rise to the challenge."
